Ive bin weight lifting for a couple of months now and I have taken a 2 week break and when I got back to the gym I started with a normal barbell curl of 70lb and I noticed although I was doing the exercise that there was a lot of pressure on my forearms. I had a little bit of pain n just thought whatever it's probably nothing. I continued my normal routine for another week n I noticed each
