I want to get my RKC kettlebell certification. I have till April,12 2012 to practice, and to be permitted to get the 3 day seminar ,I have to be able to do 5 chin ups ( No issue) and 100 kettlebell snatches with a 53 lb kettlebell in five minutes.
Im six months out and my previous try I received sixty two.
