good ab workouts mens health question by Jon S: What are good daily excercises to do?
Since January I have done a 5 minute workout every morning and I have been really impressed with the results. I just do 20 pushups and for a pull up or two and a core position where I am in a push up position except on my elbows and hold it for 40 seconds. What else should I do? I want to tone my whole body without having to buy equipment.
