scoop cellucore whey performance protein (130 cal, 23g protein)
2 tbsp natural cocoa powder
2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup ( log cabin natural)
lunch- ( turkey sandwich)
two slices whole wheat bread
about 4-5 ounces deli turkey meat
slice tomato
slice onion
lettuce
handfull of assorted nuts
